Intended Use
For the quantitative in vitro determination of Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP) in serum and plasma. This product is suitable for both automated and manual use and on the Rx Monza.
Clinical Significance
Serum Alkaline Phosphatase measurements are of diagnostic use in the investigation and treatment of hepatobiliary disease and bone disease associated with increased osteoblastic activity. Also useful in diagnosis of parathyroid and intestinal diseases.
