Intended Use
Each affinity column contains 1 ml gel with immobilised β-agonist specific antibodies. The employment of the β-agonist immunoaffinity columns greatly reduces the time required for the analysis of clenbuterol, brombuterol, mabuterol, pirbuterol, carbuterol, methylclenbuterol, mapenterol, salbutamol and terbutaline and provides a very effective clean-up enabling analysis by ELISA.
