Intended Use
Each immunoaffinity column contains 1 ml of gel to which zeranol antibody has been immobilised. The employment of immunoaffinity columns greatly improves clean up efficiency of biological samples compared to solvent extraction and/or solid phase extraction. After immunoaffinity chromatography samples may be analyzed by enzyme immunoassay (ELISA), High Performance Liquid Chromotography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (GCMS).
